- 16 oz crimini mushrooms, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter on medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the mushrooms and toss them in the oil so they are evenly coated. Add the white wine, salt, and pepper. Stir and let cook for 12-15 minutes. Halfway through, stir in parsley and cook for the remainder of the time.
