- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Place a glass or metal mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Place the sugar and heavy whipping cream in the bowl and whisk by hand or using an electric mixer until the cream forms stiff peaks.
Do not over mix or the cream will become lumpy.
